COVID-19 MEMBERSHIPS UPDATE
Dear valued customer,
The disruption of the COVID-19 has impacted our members, team members and the communities we serve in an unprecedented way.
We know that many of you are concerned about your membership billing so we proactively suspended any memberships billing until our salons are open again.
No forms are needed and no need to call or email us regarding this matter.
Once our salons re-opens, you will be taken off freeze and charged the prorated amount based on your regular monthly dues.
If your membership was already frozen then it will just stay frozen until you choose to unfreeze it.
All packages with effected expiration dates will be extended appropriately.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will keep you updated as time progress.
